About the Role
We are looking for a Client Services Manager to lead our Christchurch-based team. You will use skills like management, operational insights, and the ability to create strong client relationships, promoting success in businesses.
As a company that believes that team culture is critical, we need someone who can be a positive contributor to our All Clear team. We are looking for someone self-motivated, who has great time management, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities Include
Lead and support the Client Services team to ensure engagement, productivity, and deliver simply outstanding service.
Oversee training, workflow, scheduling, and office-based operations.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Support and monitor field team performance, escalating issues when needed.
Ensure operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with business goals.
Travel occasionally between Christchurch, Auckland, or other NZ locations as required.
Requirements:
You must be a New Zealand citizen or hold a valid work visa
Previous management experience
Professional English language proficiency
Strong people skills
Previous experience in customer service, ideally within a services business
Strong Computer Literacy
A clean, current, and Full New Zealand driver's license.
A high ability to follow and understand instructions
Bonus Skills
Have some knowledge of the Healthy Home and Smoke Alarm regulations
Have a good knowledge of New Zealand geography, with a particular emphasis on our two biggest markets- Auckland and Canterbury.
